
SOW: Postpartum Care for 100,000 Packages

The hard part of maintaining a PostgreSQL distribution is not compiling packages. At 100,000 artifacts, deduplication, indexing, snapshots, atomic cutovers, and incremental publishing become the real challenge. SOW puts all of that into one self-contained binary, turning RPM and DEB repository management from ad hoc directory scripts into a recoverable, auditable state system.
